Tw"elf" Days of Christmas - Day 2

Day 2- The elf  moved around the room and was hiding in a holiday box. The children learned that the elf loses its magic when it is touched and you are automatically on the naughty list for the day.  We read Twas the Night Before Christmas and drew what we visualized, found the rhyming words and used context clues to determine what sugar plums were.  The children read the clue left by the elf and tried to figure out what he was giving them for a treat.  Here's the clue....

At the end of the day, a package was delivered from the office containing a jar of Twizzlers that was shared with the students on the nice list.  I'll post pictures of our activities tomorrow :0)
